How much does AI adoption cost?
The 30-minute online assessment is free and needs no prep. To prove feasibility first, a first PoC is about NT$50–100K, confirmed in the assessment by data complexity. Full implementation is quoted by business scope, number of users, and the workflows to land — we do not sell a packaged pitch first.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. We reuse kintone, ERP, Excel, or LINE when we can. We connect AI to the tools you already use so it can read the right data and answer business questions — instead of replacing your stack first.
Will our company data leak, or be used to train public models?
The assessment does not require handing over your entire database. In a real rollout, data stays in your existing systems, with access controls on who can ask and what they can see. Answers cite sources so they can be checked. We do not use your business data to train public general-purpose models.
Can we still book an AI adoption assessment without kintone?
Yes. If data still lives in Excel, LINE, or paper, the assessment first finds a digitization starting point: which data should become queryable, and which question is worth doing with AI. You do not have to adopt kintone first; sometimes the smallest step is to structure one key process, then decide on systems and AI.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is strong at general knowledge and writing, but it cannot see your orders, inventory, meeting notes, or customer status. We let AI read your own company data, query live systems when needed, and cite sources in answers.
